Connstand Gas and diarrhea

Actually I have been suffering from constant gas and diarrhea. I initially thought its may be because of food indigestion or something. It has already been like more than 3 months and i still have the same symptoms.
My physician has asked me to go through blood and stool test. In the stool test they found parasites and was given antibiotics for 14 days. Even after 14 days, I had the symptoms and underwent Colonoscopy as suggested by the doctor. The results were normal and nothing suspicious was found.
But even today I have the same symptoms. Diarrhea and gas are still constant. I have to use the bathroom 2-3 times in the morning and 2nd & 3rd time its pencil thin. Gas is there even when i am in the office. It has been really embarrassing for last couple of months.
Appreciate any suggestions.
