Constant Hunger Help

I have a duodenal ulcer and have finished my antibiotics and am 6 weeks in to Prevacid treatment. I feel a lot better, but I'm still having constant hunger. It's driving me crazy! I can't keep eating all day long. And I can't go anywhere because I have to have constant access to food. It's getting to the point where eating doesn't even take care of the hunger pains. I finish eating and I feel just as hungry as before. It's not as painful as it was before I started treament, but it definitely feels like hunger, and my stomach is gurgling all the time and I feel like I have a huge balloon in my stomach.

Why am I still constantly hungry? Could the ulcer still be healing after 6 weeks? I can't take this anymore! Thank you for your help!
