Constant Nausea. Help?

I've had constant nausea for about 8 months now. It doesn't change for different foods. I've had multiple blood tests, stool tests, an upper GI, endoscopy exam, and an ultrasound of my gallbladder and kidneys. At first they thought it was acid reflux as it showed up on the edoscopy exam. They put me on aciphex, and i saw a brief change but nothing to really fret over. about 6 months later it just randomly stopped, so i stopped taking my medicine. About 7-8 weeks after that it sprung up again...randomly...this time it was worse than before. I've only vomited on two occasions of it. The doctors are at the end of their rope which is not good for me. I've just recently been put on Metoclopram because now they think it is gastroenteritis. I'm also taking Aciphex still in the mornings. It seems to be the worst in the mornings, and sometimes after i eat. It also can be severe at random times to the point where I can't eat. Any suggestions. Why would it stop, and then randomly happen again???? Anything would be much appreciated. Please and thank you!

do you still have your gallbladder?...if you do ask for a hida scan w/cck to see if your gallbladder is functioning.  i suffered for years with nausea and it was my gallbladder.  functioning only at 10%

I don't know what is Dumping Syndrome and I never heard of it.  I got the nausea year by year.  The GP let me do the "Nuclear Medicine Gastric Transit Study" or "Gastric Emptying Study".  It show I had minor gastroparesis so the Motilium helps.  The Nexium not help at all because the gastroscopy showed I got reflux.  Might be you need to go under a proper diagnosis then can treat your nausea effectively.  Take care.

Hi, I was diagnosed earlier this year with Dumping Syndrome after wierd random bouts of Nausea - only being sick a  few times - but feeling like i was going to throw up a lot of the time! - what you have sounds so much like what i have! - It might be worth looking in to.
They say it happens to people who have had stomach surgery - which i havent and on here there are quite a few who have been diagnosed with it and haven't had any surgery.
Have a look at the condition and maybe talk to your doctor about it - so many doctors don't even know the condition exists!
Hope you can find some help as i have every sympath for how awful it is to feel sick most of the time!
