Constant nausea, apparently from non-ulcer dyspepsia

I have been diagnosed with non-ulcer dyspepsia. Since then, I go through bouts of nausea, sometimes lasting days. The doctor acted as if this is just something I have to live with. Is there anything I can do to stop or relieve the nausea a bit?
One other thing, I went through the antibiotic treatment for H Pylori on two separate occasions, and I'm thinking it made things worse.  I had the same symptoms before the treatment, but after the treatment the nausea is more constant, not more severe though.  It has been about 6 months since I took the antibiotics.
Any helpful input is welcome!
