Constant nausea

Hello, 4 years ago i got food poisoning after eating at a restaurant. I havent vomited since then but i have been plagued by severe nausea, that became constant a year ago. Ive had countless tests done, a barium swallow, ultrasounds, h pylori check test which came back negative, blood tests which came back clean, bottom line no reason was found for my nausea. I struggle with it every single day and it is taking over my life as i cannot go out or do anything, im staying home all the time and im starting to lose hope. I tried homeopathy, i tried everything and nothing seems to offer relief. I also suffer from anxiety. Do you have any idea what this could be and what can i do to feel better? Thank you

My tests for h pylori kept coming back negative. I an in severe pain in right side, feels like my kidneys are spasming. I was releasing "slime" out of my bowels until I had nothing left, they did another h pylori test and it was positive. For 3 months I've been dealing with this. For 2 days I'll feel almost zero pain and then bamm it hits full force, pain, gurgling etc. Im at a loss as to what I can and can't eat. I've tried everything. I am taking probiotics, eating activism, taking antibiotics. I just don't know what to do. Drs blow me off and say we don't k ow what to tell you. They scheduled a colonoscopy for over a month away. I had an upper Gi, came back fine. My intestines are so raw, I can feel every single bowel movement going all the way through. I feel like im going mad, ive lost 21 pounds in 2 months. Drs have done nothing! Just tell me to take probiotucs. They said I had diverticulitus, which now has gone away per ct scan. They say everything is normal now, yet nothing has changed for me. Im praying i get relief soon. The pain in my side is so unbearable, I wish I was dead. Living like this is not going to work. Im so tired of them telling me in fine when they don't know, they haven't looked at my intestines. Can I go another month like this?? I feel so bad for my family.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
There are many causes of chronic nausea.  These include stomach disorders such as gastroenteritis, liver/gall bladder disease, cancer, medications, inner ear diseases like labrynthitis, ulcers/gastritis, metabolic like diabetes, hypothyroidism and adrenal diseases or neurological causes.Cyclic vomiting syndrome is also stated to cause constant nausea.

I will sincerely advise you to consult a physician and get these possibilities ruled out one by one.Detailed and comprehensive lab and radiological testing is required to confirm a diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
