I have a very dear friend who won't see a doctor and I think something is seriously wrong with him. Can you PLEASE help?

correctCorrect (new formula) inher advice. Your friend needs to see a dcotor. He may have ahernia as the cause of symptoms. It is necessary, however, yto exclude colonic causes for the symptoms.
