Hi, I'm 15 years old and weigh 163 pounds. I'm trying to lose weight. I used to go to the bathroom daily. Then when I first started working out, everything was fine..I went to the bathroom more frequently but it was good. Now, I hardly go at all; especially when I exercise! If I just sit around eating I go to the bathroom every day but I also gain weight. I drink TONS of water and I run and I even take constipation medicine but nothing is working and I'm getting extremely frustrated! Can you still lose weight without pooping? Also, what do I do?
