Thanx for reply. i hv managed constipation with milk, ispaghol husk etc. stool is now soft but still i face severe pain while passing stole and also little blood. I think my rectum is swollen and passage has become narrow thats why i feel pain. i also feel pain after passing hours of bowl movement. I went to homoeopathic dr today and he gave me medicines of Lehning company from France. medicine is composition. its name is L-109 and and also tablets for constipation. im starting it today and hope it will heal fissure and reduce swelling.

probiotics arent specifically for constipation. Thye just add good bacteria to your gut. If you do have a yeast overgrowth, a strong probiotic can be helpful. Honestly though, I would really contact a GI and/or nutrionist.
Also make sure you drink a lot of water (60oz a day) and raise your fiber intake, whether that be through food or fiber supplements. You could also try a calming magnesium powder. That can also help regulate your digestive system and relieve the constipation.
It takes time to heal the gut. This is why I try to avoid antibiotics as much as possible.

when you have a bowel movment are you having to push hard to get it out? How do you know you have an anal fissure?
Any time there is blood you really should go see a GI. My guess though, is that the antibiotics killed off all your good and bad bacteria, which allows things like yeast to run wild in your gut, which leads to constipation, which leads to hemorrhoids, which leads to blood in stool.
Id really say to go see a dr. but in the mean time start taking a strong probiotic.
