Constipation and sudden weight gain
I have had a problem with constipation during the last two weeks. I've taken different laxatives and have had small bowel movements.  I have gained 8 lbs.

Try a high fibre diet - pulversied raw fruit and pulverised raw vegetables to which organic bran has been blended in.

Also organic wholemeal brown bread and, as a breakfast cereal, soaked oats in milk to which grated apple/lemon/nuts and bran has been added such that it looks like wet cement.

Avoid all processed foods and drink at least two litres of water per day.

Try to avoid laxatives and solve your constipation naturally.  Endless use of laxatives can eventually cause the colon to become inert and whereupon surgery could be the last option.

Good luck
