Could This Be My Gallbladder?

Ok for about 3 weeks now I have been having pain in my right side off and on and in my left side too some and sometimes the pain is really bad, I also have experienced back pain right and left shoulder pain, dizziness and lightheadness which is getting worse, chest pain, shortness of breath.  I have had my heart checked so the chest pain and shortness of breath is not heart related, I also had an ultrasound of my gallbladder which hurt really bad anyone else have pain during one of those?  Doctor called yesterday that test came out fine and so did my bloodwork.
