Could biliary diskenisia be related to an autoimmune disorder?

After experiencing severe abdominal pain, I was diagnosed with biliary dyskenisia.  My ejection fraction was 12%.  I have also been experiencing severe shoulder pain with the inability to move my right arm freely.  All other labs were normal except my Vitamin D level was low = 20.  ANA was within normal limits but I have also been experiencing low grade fevers, joint pain, and rashes. I also have been experiencing frequent weird colored bowel movements- up to 12 a day.  Fatigue and weight gain as well.  My PCP thinks maybe something autoimmune and does not recommend a gall bladder removal.

There can be changes to gallbladder functioning that are related to problems such as celiac disease and crohn's issues - both autoimmune in nature - as well as to other autoimmune problems. Follow-up on possible autoimmune disorders, but keep a close eye on what is happening with your gallbladder. You may also want to start following a low fat diet - may or may not help, but worth a try.
