Could chronic inflammation be IBD or other Gi related disorder? Or am I crazy?

Could chronic inflammation be IBD or other Gi related disorder? Or am I crazy?

I am a 25 year old female. In the last 2 years I have severe, constant GI problems. They started after the birth of my first child in February 2009 , symptoms started in the spring of 2009 around April, with Diarrhea for about 5 months. I was embarrassed and had not revealed to anyone my issues, just quietly excused myself a number of times. This became increasingly painful over the course of the 5 months. I thought maybe it would resolve it self. By the 5 month I was losing control of my bowels. One instance I lost total control and had blood in my stool for the first time. I told my husband and he said I had to go to the ER. We went and it was found that I had Inflammation in my colon. I was also anemic. I was told to see a GI.  I also have in conjunction with my pain & diarrhea,  swelling and also pain in my left knee. I seemed to get a little better and waited to follow up with a doctor. I did however go to a GI doctor about a couple months afterwards paying out of pocket , as I did not have insurance and he did a sigmoidoscopy right then and there in the initial office visit and said I had no signs of Ulcerative Colitis. I was relieved and decided that maybe this was all just a passing illness. I was feeling somewhat better and then I became pregnant again in November of 2009. during the last year I have had a VERY BAD reassurance of my symptoms. I have had chronic Diarrhea for about 10 months. some times going a few weeks in between with some what normal bowel movements and a few times slightly constipated.

I also started to have other GI issues in the last year. I have frequent reoccurring nausea and vomiting, some times I will have continual vomiting ( heaving with nothing coming up) . During my pregnancy I was in the ER with extreme dehydration from Diarrhea and vomiting. They were not able to do tests because of my pregnancy. I also have had numerous blood work done to check or auto immune disease and Celiac disease. Only thing that comes up is Iron Deficiency Anemia. In the last 6 months my pain has become sometimes constant even with out diarrhea present, the pain seems to be my whole abdomen, if I had to isolate it , I would say its mostly in the middle of my  upper abdomen right under my ribs and on the right lower side. I also have pain sometimes when I swallow, like a knife stabbing me. Sometimes the pain is so bad I feel  like hunching over.I also have had some weird canker sores which I'm not sure are related, also my gums seem to swell and become painful. I will go all night and morning with diarrhea and pain in my stomach, pain lasting sometimes 2 or 3 days. The pain lately has riddled me with intense lower back pain , burning pain in my lower abdomen and lower back after persistent diarrhea and I have started to have skin sores on my hands. Which I'm not sure if are related. They are on the top of my hands. I feel constant pain in my knee when I have my stomach issues.  I have tried changing my diet, I even did a "green smoothie" diet which didn't really do anything. It seems like if I have fluids I'm okay, but regular food seems to bother me no matter whats in it. In the last few weeks I have been feeling some what better but still have diarrhea and pain. I just had a colonoscopy done last week. The Doctor said my colon looked fine and I had no polyps or sign of colitis. I had some internal hemorrhoids. He took biopsies and now I'm just waiting for results on Dec 13th. I've had 2 sections with both pregnancies and I have also not menstruated since my last birth in July of 2010 which i think is because of my breastfeeding, which seems to be going well. I force myself to eat a little even if I'm not hungry to keep my milk supply up. I'm just really confused by all of this. Can anyone shed some light on this for me.
