Could it be part of my cervical stenosis?

For almost two years now I am suffering from memory lost/attention desorder that cannot be explain.  I am also occasionally dizzy and a few times I had spot over an eye for up to 3 minutes and I have radiculopathy in one arm. The only thing so far that had been found is an elevated protein in spinal cord fluid.  Nothing found in the head (MRI) but MRI of neck showed mild arthritis with stenosis.  A neurologist had tried me on seizure medecine for the memory issues and I had to stop to take it due a side effect of having to clear my troat constantly.  I stopped clearing the throat almost immediately after I quit on that med; however, since then,   I have a sensation of having a chicken bone in the throat all the way to breast bone.  I had an endoscopy and nothing shows. I tried allergy pills...no effect.  I went to ER and they did a cat scan without contrast...they found gas bubble look alike and thaught it was an infection...I have been on antibiotics for a month and still have this problem with my throat.

What is it going on with me?  Could it be the stenosis affecting maybe blood vessels that create my lapses? And could the stenosis also affect my throat without being detected by endoscopy?
