Could it be rectal prolase?

Here is a weird one for you. I call it the phantom movement.
Sometimes when I have a bowel movement, I will feel so successful because usually I am
constipated and then I feel that I am not,  I will look in the toilet and there is nothing there.  It is so frustrating.  I am sure it was something and it is nothing. I also feel a dull ache up in the left  inside of my rectum that comes and goes.
Mom had diverticulitis, and irritable bowel and palups.  Any natural helpful suggestions would be appreciated. Also,
if there is a natural gastronomic Doctor in my area how do I find them? Natural meaning doing everything possible before evasive surgery.
Thank you
