Well your AST/ALT came back down to a nice level. But of course you would want to know why they were high on the test prior. Maybe from meds you were taking? Tylenol can cause elevation and other meds also.
Hopefully someone else can help you. I'm sorry I really don't know the meaning of the other numbers. I always suggest a hepatitus (hepatitis) panel when enzymes are raised - yours did come down, but if it were me, I would get the panel just to put my mind at ease. I don't think its hepatitus (hepatitis), but I guess because I was diagnosed with it due to elevated enzymes, everytime I see someones enzymes that are elevated my mind goes right to that - which might not be the case.
