Could this be autoimmune hepatitis or Caroli disease ?

Hello. I have something that no doctor has been able to identify and I am really concerned. Back in 2009 I had HVC treated with Interferon and Ribavirin for 1 year with positive outcome and undetectable viremia up to now. In that period I started having dyskinesis three up to four times a week, until  August 2009 when I had an ERCP to try to deblock my biliary tract as I had billiary sludge (it failed), so a week later I had a cholecystectomy. 10 days after the procedure, I had another ERCP to try and see how things are going, but during that procedure, the doctors discovered some calculi in my right liver lobe. So they told me that I might have another problem and that I should see a hepatologist. I did. The doctor assumed it was Caroli disease (with no markers ever been tested) and put me on ursodeoxycholic acid and milk thistle that I have been taking for seven years with absolutely no change. I have two MRIs from 2012-2014 that confirm that, and also a CT scan from May 2016. 16 days ago I started feeling ill. 10 minutes after eating I started to feel a horrific pain in my upper abdomen that would get from 1 to 10 in less than a minute and would last for about 2.5 h. I went to the ER and the doctors gave me pain killers and sent me home, but they did some blood work and everything was ok except my  TGO/TGP that were 97 and 70 at 4.00 P.M..  I went home, but in approx. 4 hours I ate something and it all started again. I went to the nearest ER and they admitted me, ran some blood tests and at 12:00 P.M.  my TGO/ TGP were  574 and 511. They gave me pain killers, and i.v. fluids, and ran the tests again. At 3 A.M. my TGO/TGP were 733/562, GGT 349.65 and total bilirubin  1.56. At this point, I they gave me a CT scan that said that: intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation and micro calculi present at the common hepatic duct. They sent me to an Infection Hospital where I remained admitted for the following  four days and they rulled out Hep. A, B and Epstein Barr. I got antibodies for Hep. C.  I started having a slight jaundice around my face, my eyes and my arms, the TGP dropped to 303. I had some pains in my right upper abdomen, but nothing that could compare to the initial pain. It felt like I had a spike there and a constant pain that would sometimes change levels. That is when they discharged me. I stayed 2 days home, in pain on serious pain killers, until I went to the second hospital where I had previously been. They admitted me and I stayed there for 5 days. My TGO/ TGP got back to normal levels. I had an endoscopy and they found a lot of gallbladder acid in my stomach, antral hyperemia, permeable pilor, papilla Vateri unable to be seen. I also had a pulmonary radiography and a spine radiography and many ecographies. The doctor also checked my thyroid but it was ok. I am scheduled for another MRI in two weeks. Until then I am on pain meds, domperitone and esomeprazoIe. I am a bit concerned because none of the doctors have been able to have a diagnosis, as 'my symptoms are strange and don't seem to make sense'. Could someone, please, help me?
