Could this be gallbladder?

Could this be gallbladder?

For the last year I have had intermittent left sided chest pain.  I have been thoroughly checked out by a Cardiologist and given the all clear.  For the last seven weeks I have had the chest pain (I can be relieved with ibuprofen and moving to a different position), some nausea, loss of appetite and yellow loose stools and diarrhea.  My B12 is also low at 231 but I have received one B12 chot and been on 1000mcg of B12 sublingual.  I don't have any tenderness over the gallbladder, but my dad just had his taken out and didn't have the typical pain either.  His presented more as a cardiac problem.  I am starting to feel a little better, but the chest pain and diarrhea are starting to worry me.  My doctors keep pushing all of this off to anxiety, but I don't feel that anxious.  Could this be a gallbladder problem?  Could be related to my low B12, or should I just accept the anxiety diagnosis?
