Crohns & Chest Pains
I am a 36 year old male, who was diagnosed with Crohns about 3 years ago.  I have it under control through medication, however, I've recently started having chest pains, well, aches under my ribs on the right hand side.

It seems to be aggravated when eating certain foods, usually fatty. I try to keep a low fat diet, but obviously some foods are worse than others.

I've had an ultrasound today which was done on the suspicion of gall stones, but nothing has shown up.

Can you advise?

hi,

Complications of Crohn’s disease include arthritis, skin problems, inflammation in the eyes or mouth, kidney stones, gallstones, or other diseases of the liver and biliary system.

Some of these problems resolve during treatment for disease in the digestive system, but some must be treated separately.

Chest pain could be due to gastritis or reflux due to drugs but any other cardiovascular problem should be ruled .

Pl consult your physician as early as possible.
