Crohn's Disease?

Crohn's Disease?

I have had pain and lots of symptoms for years, been to the ER, multiple docs, and I am scared and frustrated.  The latest ER visit revealed a lot of abnormalities and the only I answers I have so far is that is GI and possibly Crohn's. Here is what I had compiled from the past two weeks (I am not usually this detailed, but I am at my wits end with this!):

Abnormal Findings: Blood/Urine: RBC: low, Hematocrit: low, Mean Platelet Volume: low,  Bilirubin: borderline low, Nitrites: positive, WBC: trace positive, Urine Ketones: trace positive.

Ultrasound (transvaginal):  Ruptured Ovarian Cyst, multiple peripheral cysts, Nonperistalsing loop of bowel in left adnexa

CT Scan: Liver mass on CT, scheduled for MRI.

Colonoscopy:  Polyps; awaiting biopsy results.

Symptoms:  Severe abdominal pain (third such major episode with multiple lesser episodes over the past few years), pain is crampy/spastic in nature, worsened with activity and lessened in the fetal position, frequent and chronic loose stools (past 4-5 years), abdominal swelling (this persistent and increased the past couple months).

Other symptoms that may or may not be related: painful intercourse (not always), previous painful lumps near vagina and rectum, hemorrhoids, night sweats, frequent minor illnesses (yeast infections, sore throats...etc.), migraines, temporary unexplained bouts of fatigue, blood sugar drops, and previous depressive episodes.

Voiding Log (just started yesterday):

Monday AM:  5 times in 30 min, urgency, loose oily stools
Tuesday AM:  4 times in 45 min, crampy, urgent, and painful, loose oily

Would love some suggestions or guidance!
