Crohns's Disease possibility

Hi I'm a 27f who has been in the hospital for about 4 days and on Monday they are going to check to see if I have Crohn's disease. I have been having issues with my stomach for a while now and the pain in my right lower stomach are so bad sometimes I have to curl up in a ball. Sometimes that doesn't even work.  I also found out today that my body is not absorbing the vitamins and stuff my body needs.  I have been breaking bones but have not ever thought this could be why. I'm nervous because no one in my family has it and I'm wondering why I have it or how I got it. I'm wondering how my life will change and what changes I will have to make if I am diagnosed with this.but according to the doctor he seems pretty confident that this is what I have. If anyone can help me with different ways to deal with it and what I am in store for with having this it would mean a lot!! Thank you so much!! ~Tanya
