Adenocarcinoma of the
esophagusBarrett’s esophagus
Esophageal cancer
Esophageal perforation
Esophagitis
Esophagus
Esophagus and stomach anatomy is much less frequent than

Squamous cell cancer
Squamous cell carcinoma

Squamous cell skin cancer cell neoplasm. I assume from your posting that a gastric cancer extending into the esophagus has been excluded. I suggest that you contact the nearest university to determine if they are involved in experimental protocols. You may consider having an evaluation at one of the cancer centers e.g. princess margaret in Toronto.
Best ofluck.
