DESPERATE - ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED

DESPERATE - ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED

I have been ill for almost 19 months now, still undiagnosed, and it seems that every time I go to a new doctor I get a new potential diagnosis.  Most recently I saw an internist who believes that there may be something wrong with my bowels (ie. a tumor).  My main symptoms have been -
chronic pain, started in legs, now moving up into lower abdomen, back, ribs, and at times chest
inflammation of feet and legs, and face
swollen lymph nodes all over
alternating diarreah (diarrhea)/constipation
2 occasions where stool was black
1 occasion where stool was bright red

Just wondering if anyone who has been diagnosed with colon/colorectal cancer has had any or all of these symptoms.  Don't be afraid to be blunt, I am at the point where I'm not afraid of a diagnosis, I am actually more afraid of not getting a diagnosis.  And please include how your diagnosis was obtained.
Thanks
