Daughter has gastroschisis

My daughter who is 2 was born with gastroschisis. Just today I noticed a small bump the size of a nickel. I am very concerned what could this be and should she go to the doctors for it?

I feel you can never be too cautious. I would get her in to see her doctor, better to error on the cautious side.
