Daughter lengthy but need help desperate

My daughter is 16 years old.  She was born with congenital hypothyroidism.  She was born with no thyroid glad or tissue and has been on synthroid since she was 9 days old.
She has had issues with constipation over the years but no real issues.
March 30,2015 she became ill with severe abdominal pain.  Crying saying her stomach felt like a ball of fire, she was nauseated and all under her right breast she felt like someone was stabbing her.  She couldn't stand up and she had so much acid production you could hear it sizzle in the back of her throat when she opened her mouth.

She never vomited or had diarrhea.

I took her to the emergency room 3 times over the next 5 days.
She got an iv of fluids, zofran and tagamet.
Prescriptions for all these things too.
Her ultrasound came back clear.  No lab work came back abnormal.
She has had a barium swallow, a ct scan, an ultrasound, tested for hepatitis and h-pylori,
There have been no tests come back abnormal or cause for alarm but here we are 6 weeks later, she cannot bend at the waist, has constant nausea and pain and has lost 17 pounds since April 1.  and has no voice due to acid production.
She has been on pherengen, zofran, tagamet. prilosec, zantac, cerface and numerous over the counter meds
No relief whatsoever.  Now has what feels like her kidney is bruised on the back right side of her body as well.
We are desperate.  Any suggestions?

I meant to point out too that thyroid problems and gallbladder problems are said to be linked although it's not definitive of course that those with a thyroid issue will go on to develop gallbladder/ digestive issues. Insist on them checking her though. Best of luck x

I would ask them to do further investigations looking particularly at the gallbladder and bilary system. Blood results can come back normal , her age might have doctors thinking it's not gallbladder related but I would certainly put it to them. I hope she finds relief soon, it must be awful for you to see her suffering such pain, I think they should offer an endoscope with sedation, they can do endoscopic ultrasound that can detect issues not picked up by external ultrasound.
