Feelings of lethargy; lack of tooth enamel, even w/ F- treatments and regular care; Occ joint/foot-leg numbness/pain
Visually, colon normal, mild gastritis in antrum. Biopsies:

Is the chronic inflmm indicative of IBD, even w/o bloody stools, clinical anemia, or ulcers? lymphocytic or another micro-colitis? Chrons & UC ruled out?
Where is more info about non-Chron/UC IBD? What are good sources of technical info for diagnosis of related diseases, like literature clinicians or researchers follow?
Are there DNA tests that are specific positive indicators rather than just tell me what I already know?
I have noticeable, painful reactions to fructose, but been rebuffed by PCPs regarding fructose test. Is it worth doing these tests if they're just symptoms of a form of IBD?
General ideas?
This an English charity support/research organisation for those with IBD.
You could also try looking at the CCFA site: Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. I haven't got their URL, but you could try googling it.
Good luck.
