Denisity on a cat scan for the pancrease

So I was having stomach pain last year and they did a cat scan of my stomach and then they did a cat scan of my pancrease.  I prior to that had an edoscopy and a colonsocpy. I was put on nexium and the stomach pain did get better. I am now having stomach pain again so I returned to my dr and he said well last spring  the radiologist said you had a density spot in your pancreas So if my pain continues they are going to do another diagnositic procedure to look at my pancreas.  What exactly do they mean by density?
