Detox program with probiotics and anti bacterial anti fungel diet concerns

I have ulcerative colitus.  I am involved in a detox program using various forms of probiotics and tannins to help kill off all of the bacteria and fungal build up in my colon. It has been the most successful treatment used in the three years i have had this diagnosis.
The Diet is strict.  i am permitted to cheat on occassion within reason.  how bad is red wine more often than should for me.  could anything serious happen to me?

Nevermind got my answer.  concerns have subsided.
and reprimanded red wine to a minimum when on a colon detox program incase anyone's interested.
