Diagnosed with Hep B

Following is my blood test report.  Am I a chronic Hepatitis B?  What should I do from now?  Is my liver condition bad?

Bilirubin (Total): 32.0 (umol/L)
SGOT (AST): 36 (U/L)
SGPT (ALT): 78 (U/L)
Protein(Total): 71 (g/L)
Alpha-feto-protein: 1.42 (IU/ML)
Anti-HBe: Negative
HBeAg: Positive
