Female sexual dysfunction and was diagnosed with gall and kidney stones. It will take 6 months to see a specialist. In the meantime I would like to know the type of food to eat or avoid in order to not get attacks. I know
fattyXanthoma foods but what are

-I stayed away from greasy foods (anything fried)
-I could eat lettuce but in small amounts like on a sandwich but not a salad
-I ate alot of fish which I cooked on the barbeque
-potatoes,rice,greenbeans,carrots,yellowbeans,
-basically all meats like chicken,steak,ham,porkchops
-I stayed away from anything like tomato sauce and tomatoes
-brocolli,brussel sprouts were out
-cheese in small amounts was okay
-corn okay but peas a not okay
this is just what I could and could not eat. Everyone is different but hope this gives you an idea. Oh! I cut all the fat off my meat before I cook it and I had no problems with butter or margarine. No spicy food!
