I occasionally have red capsule sized objects in the toilet bowl after a bowel movement. These are about the size of the Metformin pills that I take. Could these be passing through my digestive system or is this something else?

sometime the capsules open but dont dissolve completely. So yes, they could be passing through.

it could be actually the pills passing through I think that when that happens the pills are moving through your system so fast that they do not have a chance to digest completely but all the same the next time that you go to your doctor make sure that you discuss this with them
