Digestive issues

Have COPD.  I have taken Nexium, Tagamet and now Dexilant for acid reflux.  Recent burning in throat and bad taste was treated with Dexilant which seems to have solved that problem.  Over the last few years on and off I have had pain under the right breast accompanied with trapped air, jaw pain and throat muscle pain.  I have had all of the gall bladder tests and under care of a cardiologist.  This seems to be strictly related to digestive issues.  Until recently this only occurred 3-5 times a year.  In the last two weeks it is almost constant with not so much pain on the right side.  My gastroenterologist doesn't seem to have a  diagnosis.  Any ideas???  Thanks.
