Digestive tract, colon and etc.

I had a colonoscopy yesterday and was diagnosed with a Tortuous colon and mild diverticulosis signoid colon and descending colon, no bleeding. However I've always believed that with diverticulos there was left side pain.  My pain is abdominal as well as right sided pain that extends down into the groin almost and across the upper pelvic area.  I also have the bloating, severe distension (looking sometimes like I were 5 or 6 mos. preg., gas and I've had an upper right quad pain underneath the breast from the rib bone around to the shoulder area. Is this all associated with the tortous colon and diverticulosis? I do take meds for reflux and an ulcer when it acts up,however I can't ever seem to get an answer about the upper right quadrant pain. I do not have constipation as I have the nasty diahrea, sometimes having to go before I've finished a meal for sure within 30-45mins..Do you think this is all and one or do I have something seperate going on?

I also forgot to mention for years I've had migranes (migraines) and the left side of my face and eye would swell. I finally was diagnosed with Angio Edema by the allergist after my optometrist mentiioned thats' what he though it might be., so after starting meds for that I've finally gotten migraines under control and don't have them very often.
