sometimes when I am around people they say they smell a flatulence smell, but I can't smell it. There is nothing wrong with my sense of smell. I feel like the smell is coming from me. What is going on?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community! I would recommend asking someone close to you (a friend, or relative) if they smell anything around you. If so, I would recommend seeing a doctor about this.
