Discomfort below my left rib cage stomach area

Hello, how's it going

I have been having this discomfort in my left stomach area recently. Its been about a month or two. Its slightly above the belly button and below my left (from my point of view) rib cage. It feel like something is there or like something is bloated or inflamed. could this be something serious ? should i be concerned, what could this be ?

I would go see a doctor if I were you.  If he can not find what is wrong, consider seeing  a holistic dr that does a test called a Heidelberg Gastrogram (google this).  Good Luck!

culd be bowel obstruction,could be pancreas,could be a few things,but left side does not leave much to the imagination,so id have it looked into
