Distended abdomin and left side pain

I have been having some issues since last fall with acid reflux (which I have been given medication for), I also suffered from feeling bloated or having a hard distended abdomen.  I wondered if it was a hernia or gallbladder, but after having ultrasound, x-rays, blood work and ecg, the only thing slightly out of the ordinary was my B12 was a little low.  The symptoms did seem to improve for awhile and then I developed bronchitis in January which developed into a nasty cough that I just could not shake.  At Easter, the cough got increasingly worse until I developed a pain in my left breast.  I saw my doctor who then informed me it was allergies and sent me home with an inhaler and nasal spray.  Since then, my cough has improved, but the swollen stomache has returned and I still have the pain in my left breast.  It only hurts if I sneeze, cough or when I roll over in bed at night.  I also have pain on my left side just under my breast that almost feels as if I have a lump or something there when I bend over.  I don't know what to do any more, but am getting fed up with feeling crappy for so long!  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
