Diversion Surgery For Bile Reflux

Does anyone know anything about diversion surgery for bile reflux?

I believe the typical diversion surgery is the Roux-en-Y, which is typically used (or was typically used) as a weight loss surgery.  The goal of this procedure is to divert bile away from the stomach. I believe the success rate is fairly decent.

If you google Roux-en-Y there are a number of sites that describe the surgery in a series of pictures which will give you an idea of what it entails.
