Diverticulosis causing severe pain

Hi I have been struggling with gastro problems for 4 years now started with a very large bleed ferom the rectum i was hospitalized had endoscopy colonoscopy nothing at all was found the pain was so much i needed to be administered morphine I was told there was nothing at all clinically wrong with me I went on in pain and bleeding from time to time and getting more and more naseous I seeked a second opinion and had the same tests along with barium meal and ultrasound This time I was told I have Diverticular Disease Haemarrhoids One of which was banded Sliding hiatal hernia oesophagitis duodenitis acid reflux But was also told my pain could not be coming from diverticuli and I was sent home being told I have unexplainable abdominal Pain I have been loosing weight recently about 3 stone without eating less ?? I suffer night sweats and pain low down on the left side 30-45 mins after eating regardless of what I eat the pain alernates between stabbing/burning pain and a gnawing stitch like pain but is almost constant I have now been prescribed penterprazole mebeverine targinact 10/5mg and tramadol 100mg 4 times a day and have also been referred to a pain managment course I am not keen on taking pain medicines for extended periods as I know I will face other problems all I want is to be able to eat and get on with day to day life without pain
symptoms are
weight loss
abdo pain
Night sweats
mushy stools / sometimes constipated
Acid heartburn
feeling of incomplete b m

I have recently had a Virtual colonoscopy and I have requested and recieved a copy of all images taken as Once again it showed only the Diverticulosis Mild uncomplicated and left sided where to pain seems to be

Please help and tell me your experiences thoughts if you could/would have a look at my ct images looking at all/any organs that may bring these symtoms (symptoms) on or in your opinion could all my pain and symptoms be bought on purely by diverticular disease
