Dizzy and lightheaded after eating

I am 23 about 5'2" stocky build and yes over weight. In the last two months or so I have been getting Dizzy or Lightheaded after or durrning a meal. It sometimes gets to the point I feel I need to lay down and if i do lay down I feel better after about an hour. These spells differ in how bad they are sometimes its okay and i can keep going other times i feel i need to just take a nap and hope it goes away. The only other thing that I question is how frequent my headaches are coming. I have always gotten headaches but also in the last few months I have gotten them on a daily bases!

Shandi, you may want to ask your doc to check you for food intolerance problems, including celiac disease. Those symptoms can be a result of food related issues.

any clues to your dizzyness? I also get dizzy at times after a meal.
