Do Ibs is controlable?

All I read of my symptoms is ibs how can I be sure that ,that is my problem¡  i feel gas ,a lot noises in my abdomen pressuure in the annus I tried probiotics, enzymes for digestion  oil fish  diet  and I cant overcome this problem that is driving me crazy could you guide me....?

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include dietary issues, GI infection/ inflammations, GI motility issues, malabsorption syndromes, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities, IBS etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a gastroenterologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
