Do i have anything serious going on?

Do I have smth serious going on ? Well I have a lot of gas and I feel my large intestines is tight and I have digestive problem.I now discover a also a small skin of pea size near the opening ..am really scared ..need help ..thanks!

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend you make an appointment to see a doctor about this.  I doubt you have something serious going on, but it is best to get it checked out.  In the mean time, you can try eliminating 100% of all lactose from your diet for 2 weeks to see if that helps with the gas.

You most likely don't have cancer based on your symptoms.

There are many different symptoms that could indicate cancer, but they usually don't indicate cancer.  For example, blood in the stool can indicate cancer, but when someone has blood in their stool it is usually something else like hemmorhoids.  You should see a doctor to get looked at to make sure something serious isn't going on.
