Do i have rectal prolapse?

I'm in so much pain, and i have to wait over a week for a doctors appointment.

7-8 Months ago the doctor told me i had piles. No examination was given. At this point occassionally a mass protruded when i went to the toilet.

Now, this mass comes out when i cough, sneeze and go to the toilet. I am in so much pain and have been for months.

I eat plenty of fiber, exercise, drink enough water and have also been using pile cream since the beginning. Now though i am worried that this may be something more.

I have a history of laxative abuse and bulimia, and i am in constant pain, can't have proper bowel motions, and have actually started soiling myself.  The lump is so big, reddish on the inside, purple on the outside - but there is no bleeding. With so long to wait until the appointment can anyone give me any advice? I don't know what to do!!
