Do you have any experience for treatment of achalasia

I'm 49 and I have achalasia for 5 years, i did butox , surgery ,diet but none worked. My children are small and look very depressed when they see me to  eat or drink, even a bit, I never eat unless I have to, oh what a hard life, I need your prey , your help.
