itself, but it depends on how you react on it. So, in your case, it may or not cause constipation. This is very individual.
There are only few foods, which cause constipation by themselves. Mostly this is a dry food of any kind. It's about how you react on certain foods, so you could only find this with a diet experimentation. Fluid, food, activity, and handling with stress are all important. You can't correct "stress constipation" with foods, or "food constipation" with relaxing.
You just ned to start somewhere. You've mentioned a thin stool in another post. So, there may be a problem with relaxing of muscles in pelvic
floor, or there is a physical obstacle there - this would need a DEFECATION TEST.
You need a plan about food. It could help, if someone was leading you through food experimentation (an ortodox professional nutritionists maybe). You need a systematic thinking. If milk constipates you, you should drop ALL milk products for some time and see, if it helps.
In general:
DO: allways try to make your stool soft. This means fibers WITH enough fluid. Not all fibers are good and not all fluid is good, so just try. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and sodas. Someone said appricote juice, but you have to find your foods and drinks.
DON'T: heavy sugary fatty meals, and what you find suspicious.
