Docs for gastroparesis

I have gastroparesis and have been ping-ponged to different doctors. I am looking for one who truly specializes in gastroparesis, was told Johns Hopkins was the place to go, went there and am not happy with the outcome. Any suggestions? We are thinking of going to the Mayo Clinic, but want to make sure that that won't be a dead end.

I don't know anything about where you should go next but what were your symptoms of this illness? My daughter is sick, she is 16. She vomits a lot, nothing stays down but it seems to cycle in and out. At worst she is sick 10-20 times a day, others only 1-2, some none. She feels bad, and she has terrible insomnia. Just feel desperate. We're taking her to Wake Forest next month.
