Does Scleraderma cause Ischemic bowel?

Can Scleraderma cause an ischemic bowel or diverticulitis and will O2 per nasal cannula help?

As far as oxygen by nasal cannula, that would just be a normal supportive measure.

But......O2 is given after surgery to promote faster healing so....it only stands to reason it could help in this case also
