Does this sound familiar?

I was wondering if this sounded familiar to anyone. My nine year old daughter has for about four months now been having these "sick" spells. They come on suddenly, in the middle of the night, usually early morning and last for about two to three days. She vomits and has diarrhea really badly. No fever, no rash, NO other symptoms. She just says her stomach "feels hot" and ends up getting sick. It is now February and this has been ongoing every three to four weeks (about six times now) since the end of November. The Doctor has run some blood, urine and stool samples and has come up with nothing initially. They told me today that they want more blood work to check her immune system and also referred me to take her to the Children's gastro dept. for a "scope". I have no idea whats causing this and noone else in my household is "catching" it. And we're all up in it lol. We do have well water and I do myself have RA which I've been told has some link to IBD? I'm really concerned and tired of this interrupting her life. She was sick on Christmas AND her Birthday. :(  They put her on Prilosec and an Fenagrine (sp?) to ease the nausea. She did spit-up a lot as a baby, but the doctor then never said anything about it and it stopped once she started eating foods and hasn't been a problem until now. Hope this is enough info! Thanks for any help!

What is she bringing up when she vomits? Clear solution? Yellow/green substance? Food?
