Does this sound like colon cancer?

I am a 44 year old male. Have a history of hemorroids and fissures. Last night I had a bowel moventment after wiping there was blood on the tissue. Everything looked normal as far as the stool goes. This morning I had another bowel movement. At the end of the stool there was a little mucus with blood on it. Not very much. I had a colonoscopy 18 months ago. They removed one small adenoma polyp. This came back benign with no dysplasia. Does this sound like colon cancer? I am very worried. Thanks

You should be seeing your doctor as a precaution. Never assume something and then worry about it, that is so hard on you. I would call and tell them what's going on. Hopefully, it is just hemmorhoids.

If the blood was bright red they say that is from hemmoroids, its when its a dark red colour its old blood or coming from deeper inside, that being said when you ever have blood during bowel movements you should bring it to the attention of your doctor.
