Dr Pho, please advise

Dr Pho. I went in for neck surgery about 3 months ago, right after the surgery when I woke up, I felt something in my body had changed. I had no previous problems with constipation or bowel. It has been 140 days now and no bowel movement. I have to go in for hydro colonic removal of the stool that is stopping at the small intestions valve entering the colon.  Additionally, the enemas are not coming out, there is no pressure or hold time for the enemas. The water is just sitting there and we have to have that removed as well. Several doctors have told me I have colic inertia and the doctor who did the neck surgery said I am weird and it was a prefect surgery. We heard from the nurse in the OR that I had stopped breathing several times just after removal of the enibator was removed. For how long we don't know. I am at a loss since I was fine prior to surgery.
