Dysentery, OR???

Well actually here is what is happening to me: for the past couple of weeks, the following symptoms occur:

1. Everyday: Frequent urge to pass the bowel, even though sometimes all that comes out of my anus is mucus. Sometimes solid stool comes out too, and some other times solid tool along with mucus comes out. I have NO loose motions, nor any blood in stool! I do suffer from chronic constipation

2. Low appetite, always a nauseating feeling but (maybe since I am cut down on my eating following my bowel problems) I don't vomit

3. I have no idea if this is dysentery at all or some other problem

4. I don't know if this is one is a related problem, but for the past three days, the tip on the foreskin of my penis [the lower part, the one facing the scrotum) is a little reddish. I have no pain there, nor any irritation, EXCEPT when I walk - then I get a stinging like feeling. I never had sex in my life, but do masturbate occasionally!

5. I would also like to say that my job requires me sitting on my chair for very long hours- let us say, 10-12 hours a day, in front of my PC. I have no idea if it is the cause of either of the above diseases.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  It doesn't sound like you have dysentery to me.  I would recommend that if this is still happening that you see your doctor about this and probably get some testing done to determine what is wrong.
