EXtreme gas pain

I have extreme pain in my chest, it comes last a few seconds n slowly goes away then keeps repeating.

sounds like what i kinda get,but its NOT gas pain i assure you.
does it sometimes extend into your back,,the pain?
mine comes on out of the clear blue,and extends into my back for a few minutes at a time,and disapears,,and comes back on,,,then goes away.
everything points to gallbladder problems,,but i have been double checked for this and nothing!,,,,id have them do some checking though,,,thats not gas.
